Terms and Conditions

Last Updated: 15/01/2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between Mowwa Limited ("We", "Us", "Our"), a lawn care company registered in the UK, and you ("You", "Your"), the user of this website and/or customer of Our lawn care services. By using this website and/or booking or subscribing to any of Our services, You agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

"Services" means the lawn care services, lawn treatments, and any related services provided by Us, whether as part of a subscription plan or as a one-off service.

"Scheduled Visits" means the visits arranged by Us to Your property to deliver the Services in accordance with the selected plan and seasonal requirements.

"Subscription" means Our subscription-based lawn care services, including Mowwa, Mowwa Plus, and Mowwa Premium, which operate on a rolling basis.

"Winter Pack" means seasonal winter visits carried out between December and February, including leaf and debris clearance, lawn edge re-definition, and light mowing where conditions allow.

“Mowwa Lawn Care Services” is a trading name of Mowwa Limited.

“LawnFuel™” is a proprietary lawn care product range owned by Mowwa Limited, including but not limited to LawnFuel™ Liquid-X and LawnFuel™ Turf-X.

"Website" means www.mowwa.co.uk and any affiliated domains.

2. Service Plans

We offer three subscription-based lawn care services:

Mowwa Plan – Includes regular lawn mowing during the growing season, a Winter Pack, four seasonal LawnFuel™ granular feeds, and an annual Lawn MOT.

Mowwa Plus Plan – Includes all services within the Mowwa Plan, plus Liquid-X lawn tonic applications, weed and moss control, and annual aeration and scarification.

Mowwa Premium Plan – Includes all services within the Mowwa Plus Plan, plus annual overseeding and topdressing, and lawn pest and disease control where required.

Full details of each plan are provided on Our Website and within Your quote documentation.

3. Payment Terms

Payments for subscription plans are made by automatic billing using card details stored securely on file.

Payments are processed on the 3rd of each month, unless otherwise agreed.

Clients may upgrade or downgrade their plan at any time. Any pricing changes will take effect immediately or at the next billing cycle, whichever comes first.

At the point of upgrading or downgrading, an additional charge or adjustment may be applied to fairly account for Services already carried out or Scheduled Visits already delivered.

Additional one-off services are billed separately upon completion and are not included within subscription pricing unless stated otherwise.

Failure to make payments may result in suspension of scheduled visits and services, or termination of the subscription plan.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Subscription plans operate on a rolling basis and require one full billing cycle’s notice to cancel.

Services scheduled during the notice period will continue unless You request otherwise.

If You choose not to receive services during the notice period, We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee equivalent to one full billing cycle.

Any balance owed or refundable will be calculated fairly based on services delivered.

5. Service Commencement

Subscription services commence once the first payment has been successfully received.

If You request services to be carried out before the first payment is made, those services will be treated as one-off services and billed separately until the subscription begins.

6. Service Delivery

Services are delivered based on seasonal requirements and agronomic best practice rather than being evenly distributed throughout the year.

Lawn mowing is typically carried out between March and November and is provided on a fortnightly basis as standard, with adjustments made where growth conditions require.

The Winter Pack is delivered between December and February and includes one visit per month for leaf and debris clearance, lawn edge re-definition, and light mowing where conditions allow.

Seasonal LawnFuel™ granular feeds are applied four times per year in line with the lawn’s growth cycle.

Liquid treatments, weed and moss control, mechanical treatments, and pest or disease control are carried out at appropriate times of year based on lawn condition, weather, and suitability.

We reserve the right to reschedule visits due to weather conditions, ground conditions, access issues, or other factors beyond Our control.

You are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to Your property at the time of Scheduled Visits.

7. Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, business, or reputation.

We are not responsible for damage to property unless caused by Our negligence.

You must inform Us of any underground utilities, irrigation systems, pet risks, or other hazards before Services are carried out.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including text, images, branding, product names, and designs, are the property of Mowwa Limited unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without Our prior written permission.

9. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

Complaints may be made via phone, email, or in writing.

For regular mowing visits, any issues must be reported within 3 days of the visit to allow sufficient time for review and rectification before the next scheduled visit.

For all other services, complaints should be raised within 7 days of the service being carried out.

For mowing-related issues, We will endeavour to rectify the issue within the same service period where possible. For other matters, We aim to resolve issues within 14 days.

These Terms are governed by UK law, and any disputes will be handled through the courts of England and Wales if necessary.

10. Data Protection and Privacy

We collect and store personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).

Further details are provided in Our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

12. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on Our Website, and continued use of Our lawn care services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
